worthless car cant hold a damn drain plug
well today started out great i woke up fed my parents cats my parents are in new york until sunday, so i feed their cats every morning until they get back, so i go to work i clean the shop and then i do a gold service on this saturn and then i go to lunch after helping dan get this motor out of this car,
i go home feed the cats again and eat then i do the dishes my sister cooked alot of food lately and she is not good at cleaning up after her self, so i do the dishes and clean up all the pots she uses she is so messy though she gets macaroni allover the stove and she does not rinse off her dishes most of the time after using them she will throw a plate with ketchup in the sink and not rinse it off, so i cleaned up the mess and went back to work,
i get to work and i see a repair order for a 01 nissan maxima which turns out to be one i did a gold service on yesterday, so i read it and it says customer had a puddle of oil under her car and vehicle was towed in so i go out and check it out and there is no oil in the engine and the drain plug is missing, so i say what the fuck, my supervisor comes out and helps me push it into my stall i lift it and put the drain plug back in and fill the engine, start the car and it was okay what puzzles me is that i always torque the drain bolt as tight as i can after i do an oil change so how did that drain plug fall out? so i had to test drive it and run it throught the wash at the main store clean it up for the lady and fill it up with gas which the company paid for, my buddys at the wash were suprised to see me i explained to them what happened and they had the same reaction i had, so i think the customer pulled the drain plug and claimed i did not tighten it all the way, some customers do that to get free stuff or to sue the company, so after i get back i check the oil and it is still full, and i marked the drain plug so if it comes back i can determine whether it was messed with or not, so yeah that pissed me off but i did not get in trouble for it thank god, but that was my fun for the day. well that is all i have to say for now good night,
