On my way to the show last week, I tried to get some pics of my two contributions. I only had my phone camera, but I was able to get a couple decent shots of Lefty and Mr. Rites. Although my phone cam is good, it doesn't always take the best photos, especially not while sitting in traffic, taking a shot over my shoulder of something in the back

Have you been going to the open mic nights at the Monkey? I'm thinking about going either this Sunday or next. If you decide to head over there, let me know.

I tend to avoid open mics, especially at the Monkey... even though the attendees are talented, I just can't deal with the crowd... and I like crowds.

I'm excited about being able to animate these guys maybe... maybe. I mean, damn, the detail is what I love, but it would prolly keel me. ...besides, I have to finish animating Smudge first!

The free compliment and drink were a nice bonus... and for the record, I'd do something like that at random, and not even think about rotten trickery like roofitizing the ladies. In fact my Father was known to offer random kindness too...
