Occupying The 405th

I've just signed a one year lease at the 405 in Midtown...
Our occupancy begins in early March although alienwater won't move in until the end of the month.
This move means that the Z.I.P.T. Team will be opening a new branch and thus another House-Arming Party is mandatory.
Maybe a House Arming Zombie Monitoring Anti-Tedium party

Close, not zombies in the park, (that was in Montreal, and thought I was there recently, the only zombies I discovered upon visiting were drunken CPR Rail engineers), I was responsible for this.

and alas, no tophat. WOol hair prevents it muchly. Sunday, though, after Sunday. That's when the wool comes out.

Gads, if you only knew the incredibly haberdash rickety set-up I was taking those with. I've no tri-pod or lights so instead I had a leaning pile of books on top of a rubbermaid container and a reading lamp clipped to a cheap plastic mirror.

the things I do instead of sleeping sometimes astound me later.
