Look what just followed me home!
I was just coming in from work, and kungfoogirl was leaving for Athens...
we hugged in the foyer and exchanged a few roomie notes and topics... I went into the living-room to drop my bags and empty my pockets of the days acquisitions when she started shouting at the screen door:
"no no no You can't come in Here! No you can't! NO ohmygosh No!"
and there, hauling ass for the open front door, was the kitten seen above...
of course, upon seeing the little moogie, I had to sweep it up and carry it inside...
declaring that I'd watch it for the night since it was suppose to drop into the 20's...and that we'd look for the owners over the weekend...
she just beamed like she does when the J-Panda text msgs her... and pinched the kitten's lil' head...
walking out to the driveway, with the kitten on my shoulder, K-foo put forth her only argument:
She wants us both to have a hand in naming it.
I suspect that was just a very diplomatic way of saying she was afraid I'd give the kitten an inappropriate name...
Personally I think that Garbage-hed, No-No Badkitty, stunoD niknuD, Lunch-box & Grandpa were great names for cats...)
Actually, to quote her, she said, "the only thing is, if we keep her I want to Joint name it."
So I assume that she meant split the responsibility, and not actually dub it with a stoner name...
(although I quickly suggested "Bongwater" which isn't so bad... {looks at the sleeping kitten}hehehehe.)
The meerton has eaten 2 cans of kitten food already and is sleeping on the corner of my bed nearest me... a few moments ago, s/he launched from the bed corner and landed on my shoulders without the use of claws! That's impressive!
(I just talked with K-foo on the phone and she wants to come up with something Harry Potter... like Olivander... but I like Flourish & Blots?)

Oh yeah and I saw people having sex in the parking deck tonight!
