I think I've packed everything that I can pack ahead of time and I'm making a list of things I can't pack until the morning I leave (meds, phone charger, toiletries, etc.) so I don't forget things then.

They're totally a thing. Iirc, every Blackberry has it, as well as Droids and other higher-end phones. That said, my mother's crappy phone uses it too.

It's becoming more and more popular 'cause it's super cheap to replace them. (go figure!)
