I have returned from the dinner and it wasn't too horrible even though my mother was all 'you are in denial' and I'm thinking 'and you are a cunt' but still, free food is always good and pops came over and did the painting and moved my bookcase back and I'm so pleased that I'm finally making my house look the way I want it to look.
