Plot so far

Ok, I have now seen each episode three times, and my understanding of the plot so far is below. Basically my question is, am I missing anything?

Heh. I looked, but I couldn't find a follow-up, since we discover in the following episode that Jane's a lot smarter than anyone gave her credit for.

Well, after this I got sucked into recapping, and I've only done episode 1 and 4 so far, so there isn't a follow up as yet *g*
However I have a nice long stretch of time off over Christmas, so watch this space...
