Now for the 13 colonies theme!!!!!!!!! :D

(only 1 vote on the themes but it came up as 100% ;))

I hope y'all have fun with this theme!! :)  I tried to stay as historically accerate as possible ;)

Most people in America today of course would want freedom from England! :) but try your best to imagine you were back then..

if you felt the government power was growing what would you do?
are you more involved or just want to be peaceful?
would you want complete seperation from the crown, or just resolve the current troubles?

Massachusetts- outspoken, well not tolerate tyranny,  FREEDOM FROM THE CROWN!!,most vocal

Virginia- much like Massachusetts, trying to get the colonies to ban together to help Massachusetts,,

NC-worried about their rights being taken,  independent, Congressman at first was against independence until after he heard a speech by John Adams his mind was changed.

SC-  worried about economy, wants the war but if afraid of it damaging their economy

GA- like SC, except more "conservative" -----in the 18th  century sense

DE- willing to sacrifice just about anything---even health as long as they get their freedom

New York- majority loyalist, doesn't want the war! :P

New Jersey- loyalist majority,  many major battles fought, Washington Crossing the Delaware

CT- like Massachusetts zealously involved,

RI- also like Massachusetts, worried about other states taking their rights

MD- 'boarder state' , was willing to fight for their freedom-----but it could be taken any moment!

NH- Green Mountian boys, mostly wilderness but still strong to the patriots

PA- No War please!!!, Quaker Majority
