Sometimes I wish I lived in a city without subway... So fucking difficult to be claustraphobic in a city with one if the largest subways in the world. And our subway is 98% underground which means that if it stops, you are underground. Fuck! I prefer above ground. At least you see land and you don't have the feeling that you are trapped inside. Because here, this is what it feels like. Trapped.
Do you know what claustrophobic means? And how it starts? The train stops and you try not to panic. Really trying not to panic. And then you start panicking. It's that instant when you realize what is happening. The moment when you suddenly can't breath and your heart starts beating 100 times faster. It's the moment when you start thinking that you can lose your mind and you are shit scared about it.

What to do? Not get trapped! That's unfortunately, the only solution that works 100%. Partial ones range from "concentrate on smth else" which is fucking difficult to tell you the truth. Do try not to think about elephants when you are surrounded with them. However, you have to do smth. Smth varies from "chew gum" to "listen to music, write a text to friend", stop thinking!! Stop!!

And that's it. I don't know other ways to deal with this.
