Halloween Preview

Today I've spent (including running around town) around seven hours working on my Halloween costume. As most of you know I've had a running theme of Batman Villains for the past four years having been Riddler, Joker, Two-Face, and Penguin, and this year is no different. *grin* don't get the end of your noose caught in a car door or something.

That's a great mask though, you did an amazing job!

Thanks! The noose was tough to make, I cut three six inch pieces of rope, and hot glued them into rings, then the rings into a stack. Next I pulled the rope though like a big bolo tie, stretched one end an inch out of the stack and hot glued it in place while letting the other end of the loop hang about three feet. It looks great, but I have to make sure the ring stack is facing the right way so people won't see the hot glue.

You could tie it to your mask (the hanging part) with a few loose brown threads so it stays the right way.

Just make it loose so when you are done you can easily cut it off, but otherwise just leave it on?

I really can’t take credit for it, I found instructions for making a fake noose on the internet. Lotsa cool stuff here on the internet.
