I give up! I give in! I just want to be LJ friends forever, in real time.
In this crazy, mixed up world, a girl can't catch up with her friends on a one-on-one basis. It's too hyper. It's too draining. It's too slow. No, she has to get herself onto live-journal so that she can find out what is happening in real time and avoid those embarrassing comments (didn't you read about my breakup on LJ yesterday?) that follow her wherever she goes. No more awkward silences as I react to (what is to me) unannounced news.
