My body is tired. My body is so ridiculously tired. I've been excercising the past week after a lot of no excercise, and was at work until 3:30am, didn't get home till 4:30, and even though I did get 8 hours of sleep, and have been up and walkin' around the aparment for a good 2 hours now, all my body wants to do is curl up and go back to sleep.
So, should I listen to it? Or get my ass in gear, go excercise, and just assume my body will catch up (even though I do have to work late again tonight)?
