I got an offer on my house today that is really a great one. This is the first offer I have gotten. The house has been on the market for 3 months. They are offering only $3000 less than my asking price, but are not asking me to pay ANY closing costs. That makes up the difference. I agreed to the offer. Now it is pending inspection. And I am panicking! If it goes through, they want me out by February 14th!!!
