V-day weekend......
So I had an amazing Vday weekend.... It started out a little early because of the weather which I still feel really bad about (sorry cass, forgive me...) My boyfriend Adam made it so wonderful...I could never have asked for anything better.... He set up our bedroom at his Vermont house with flowers and candles and chocolate covered strawberries... he surprised me with an engraved Tiffany's bracelet.. something I completly didn't expect. He told me the engraved heart charm symbolized our first vday together... then he brought out another little bag and inside was another charm to put on my bracelet! Its a tiny little house that looks just like his Vermont house... we've spent both Vdays there together so its very special. I was so surprised and happy.... I love him.
He took me snowmobiling which was SOOOO fun!!!! My top speed was 35, but his was 50!! we were cookin and it was soooooo fun. I've never even driven a ride on mower before so I was like whoaaa ahhhhh bahhhhhhhhhhhh......
We just had a really great time alone together which we don't get to do very often.... i dressed up really sexy for him but those pix are private. ;)
I did make this really yummy desert for him although I ended up eating more then he did. haha. It was worth it though.. mmmm look at that thing...
Annnnnyway, the weekend was a blast and i was depressed to come home. I cannot wait until he is done with school and the long distance crap is finally over.....
Happiness though, i get to babysit Leah tomorrow!!!!!! I am SO excited. I used to nanny for her and I have not seen her in like 8 months so I am super psyched... she turned 2 in november so shes talking now and everything... i cant wait.
So I was at work yesterday and this old guy presses his button... he was mad old of course and he's telling me how his wife passed away last week.. i said, "oh sir, I'm very sorry to hear that, thats awful." and he said, "it really is terrible, you know why?" and i asked, "why?" and he said, "I only got to be married to her for 65 years." My friends, love is a beautiful thing.......
