weird dreams
so im really tired because i didnt sleep much last night, steve and i stayed up late and i just couldnt fall asleep.
but when i did fall asleep i had the strangest dreams.
first off, i dreamt of peacock feathers........i think because there are some peacock feathers in the puzzle ive been builing and im just sick of looking at it.
then i dreamt that i was hanging out with one of my professors and that he was reprimanding me for making bad grades in his classes.....but i was trying to tell him that classes havent started yet, how could i possible have bad grades?
then i dreamt i had to go to court for some kind of hearing, that i was in trouble. i had to go to the 7th floor of the courthouse and sit in front of all these people who were going to decide my fate. i dont remember what i did to get in trouble, but it must have been bad.
so, needless to say, i had very fitful sleep and did not rest well at all, and i cant clear my head of all these weird crazy images of last nights dreams. it was like watching some kind of weird movie or something.
only 2 more working days until my weekend begins, andi cant wait. i need out of lexington anyway, going somewhere else for a day or two will do me some good. i just need away from the office for a while.
i just heard my boss in the other room say "why do these news reporters have to talk all the time?" i thought thats what they got paid for, you know, reporting the news.......he really needs to relax a little.
right now, as im typing, the broadcast for the space shuttle landing is on TV. im the only one not in there with my eyes glued to the TV. either its going to go well, or its going to blow up, and me watching what happens isnt going to change anything.
also, too bad Peter Jennings passed away. what an emblem of American way of life and freedom of speech.
