This whole satellite thing is just annoying the everliving shit out of me.

We fixed the satellite so that it's no longer permanently affixed and I called to have maintenance come out and inspect it so that we can get our wonderful little green tag so we won't get any more nastygrams.
Great. Terrific. They said they'd be out when they could. When they came out before, they were here by 8 or 9 AM. It's nearly 1 PM now and I have shit to do today. I have a monster grocery list I need to tackle so that we don't starve to death by tomorrow (I exaggerate, but we are low on most things we regularly eat). I'd like to exercise, even if it is 100% humidity out there. I'd like to be able to leave the damned apartment.
But no. I have to stick around because I have dogs, so the maintenance guy can't just let himself in if I'm not here. And I want to get this damned dish taken care of.
