Also this summer I have been fortunate to spend a little bit more time with my friends, which does not entail writing up drunken freshman.
Scott came and visited me this past weekend. It was really nice to get to spend some time with him before his vacation and school starting. On Saturday we met up with our friend Josh and walked up and down High St. We ended up stopping in at Moe's (The burrito place? I cannot remember the rest of the name but I know it is a chain) to get some margarita's and qeso. We got there right before all the crazy drunks showed up.
This summer I am subletting an apartment from a friend this summer. It has been really nice to get a break from the dorms. I've been helping one of my roommates named Erin who is a Wild Life Management major make bat poop collectors for her research project. Basically, it’s a cardboard pipe that's about 12 inched in diameter. One side has chicken wire stapled to it and then there is duct tape wrapped around the tube to cover the excess chicken wire for safety. On the other side there is a piece of tulle attached by a rubber band to catch the poop or guano if you want to get technical

I figured out how to insert pictures in to my posts!!!!!!! And now for your enjoyment a picture of me with Honest Abe!!!!!! This was when I was visiting Gallaudet University with ASL Club. My group also went site seeing around DC as well. Did you know that Abe is Finger spelling his initials?!?!
