On my way home tonight, driving over the hill, I looked out over Simi Valley. It was a little past sunset, so the sky was partially pink. Just above the pink, there was a line of clouds. Above the clouds, a light blue sky. Below the horizon, street lights, headlights, some big, some small....each of them twinkled from afar. As I began to drive down the hill, another part of Simi showed. Houses on a hill, each individually lit up. The sky above, royal blue.

I wished I had my camera. All I wanted to do was pull over, sit on the hood of my car, and share the most beautiful thing i've ever seen...with you.
