a typical day at work
me: hey jeff!!!!
"jeff": my name's not jeff- it's josh!
me: then why did you let me call you jeff for the past week?
"josh": i couldn't tell what you were saying- i thought you were just mumbling.
me: are you sure that your name isn't jeff?
"josh": pretty sure...
me: can i call you jeff?
"josh": what?
me: can i call you jeff?
"josh": uh... yeah... whatever.
the next day i saw josh/jeff... he didn't say hi.
