I go to take a shower. As I reach to pull my towel off the shower rod, I notice a small spider hanging from a web-thread right next to the towel. I could...
a. Scream and squash it with a fly swatter (my sister's reaction).
b. Catch it in a glass (or whatever's handy) and carry it outside (my old reaction).

c. Run for my camera and a sheet of printer paper. I scoop the spider onto the paper, shift it a bit until the spider quits scurrying, then put it on the bathroom counter and start taking pictures. I spend about 15 minutes trying different angles and light effects, and then I carry it outside.
Granted, the spider is rather pretty (golden tan, with a yellow pattern on her back), but still...
I'll put up some pics one of these days, but now it's almost 1 AM and my eyelids are drooping. Goodnight. TTYL (talk to you later).
