What I want to see in a debate...

... is for the moderator to have an air-horn. The moderator says, "Thank you, X." If X (looking at you, Pence), keeps speaking past the 5-more-second mark, the air-horn goes off. "BLA-A-A-ATTT!!!" He's no more courteous than Trump, just quieter about it. Asshole.
AND for the moderator to say -- when the candidate says, "First let me respond to that last topic." -- "No! This topic or you get the air-horn."
I get So - Damn - Frustrated when the impolite folks stomp all over the polite folks. Why must the polite folks learn to be rude? MAKE the rude folks SHUT! UP!!!
