National Wildlife Federation has posted the winners of their 2011 Photo Contest. Gorgeous pictures, and the sidebar has links to previous years' winners and honorable mentions. Tip: if you want to see the pics without the information pasted across the bottom, look for a "Check out the stories behind the photos" link. You have to scroll down past explanations to find the pictures, but they're larger, and have no printed information to interfere.
And, in an obscure corner, I found that NWF has a picture pool on Flickr -- over 61,000 to date. Wonderful stuff, especially when I need to find comparative pictures for my students. For instance, this cheetah compared to this leopard.
