EUROPE!!!
So I decided to make this public JUST for Europe, since I know some people want to know what's up.
I'm sitting in the airport right now waiting for my flight to ATL, then to Munich. I should get to Munich around 8am (germany time)/ 2am (EST). I got about 4 hours of sleep last night, so I hope I'm tired enough to fall asleep at like 4 pm and get enough sleep to function tomorrow. It will be a nocturnal offset from my normal schedule.
There are no plugs in this airport, so I will hopefully get to recharge my computer in ATL. Otherwise, I might not have enough battery life to be able to use my laptop on the 9 hr. flight to Munich. I gotta start practicing my German, so maybe I could do that instead.
Matt was right, again. I have two hours of waiting until I catch my flight. Although, I did get here pretty early since my dad had to go to work. I was held up at the ticket counter because the lady didn't know how to insure stuff. I paid $30 for insurance for my trombone...ridiculous. But it won't fit as a carry on. I also had to pay $25 extra because my bag was 8 lbs. overweight. EIGHT POUNDS. Also ridiculous. And it's not like all together my baggage was more than 100 lbs. It was only like 80 lbs. On the way back I will make sure to leave all of my toiletries and stuff, that way I can carry back souvenirs and hopefully NOT have to pay extra.
I am completely babbling now since I have nothing else to do for two hours. Maybe I should read or do some webwork...
