ok so I was thinking about it and realized it..I'm officially obsessed. It never really hit me that wow I'm too far in this to turn back. I find myself doing things to burn even the littlest of cals. Like I'm clearing the table from dinner now..every plate or item I take one at a time so that I have to come back each time hopefully burning some..and when I had dinner I had a sip of green tea in between every single bite and I cut up the meat tini tiny so that I have to chew a ton more than normal..finally getting smart about. Didn't even bother to have a bite of mac n cheese fearing a binge!Well I recovered from that water weight or binge weight whatever it was I stepped on the scale before my shower and I'v gone from 130*GOD I KNOW I WENT ALLL THE WAY BACK UP*and now I'm back to 124..phew..I can do this. I want to be to my thinnest by the time we leave for phoenix..two weeks, 4 lbs??EASY!And when we go on the trip it will be a week of walking and walking and skiing and traveling and tourism and no snacks to binge on..my parents already said we're definitly not eating out all the time soo wohoo, I'd get a salad anyways but yeah. No scale and lots of excercise hopefully I can come back and start April off at my all time lowest!!!!!!Got my hair cut..not much of a difference..maybe I'll take a quick pic, nah nvm. Soo yeah I hope everyone is doing well..I'v been drinking green tea and water like mad and I'v been pissing a lot..I need to take a crap havn't in like a week or more. Soo went to the store and I got these dannon light in fit smoothie things, pretty large bottle and it's 80 cals, per container!!That's my lunch from now on..and my mom found her energy drinks*100cals*at a new store for like real cheap soo I don't have to sneak them anymore, she let me get some!!100 cal breakfast shake*or 120 cal oatmeal*, 80 cal lunch*or 90 cal yogurt if I run out*and then If I can avoid snacking in the afternoon then I have a small dinner I can definitly keep cals under 400/500 and when possible I'll skip dinner..tuesday and thursdays from now on are lacrosse 6-8 so it'll definitly help burn off the day!!!I'm excited, I just better not fuck this up I have such a great opportunity here, cept my mom is noticing all that I'm choosing to eat and not to eat..o well.I'm gonna use this big ol sobe bottle to take green tea because it'll defintly help.
Today:
gatorade at lacrosse-100cal?
Breakfast-egg/bread-150cals?
Lunch-enery drink and then stupid birthday party at mcdonalds..had a small parfait thing and a bite of cake and a bite of ice cream-400???UGH I hope I'm over estimating
Dinner-small piece of steak and a scoop of green beans*??NO CLUE*
Had lacrosse and lots of water diet cokea and green tea soo I hope I'v done okay for the day..broke even??

Well I gotta go finish picking up the kitchen I'v organized allll afternoon hehe..then I'm gonna do that self tanner stuff-damn i'm white-and while i stand there naked do my homework haha soo best wishes to everyone!! <3
