ok so someone had asked for stomach things to do..and so yeah I took some..here goes:
here's a routine to do:
1. lay flat on your back with your legs flat on the ground too, do a crunch staying flat.
2.bend your legs and keep your feet flat on the ground, like a normal sit up, do a crunch.
3.pick up your legs keepin them in a 90* angle:
4.put your legs as straight as you can up into the air, do a crunch:
5.now spread your legs out and do a crunch:

So do I dunno I guess start with 10 of each, do them straight in a row without stopping so do 10 of each :1 2 3 4 5 5 4 3 2 1. Start with 10 and depending on your abdominal strength raise or lower the number : P
Ok another one:
ok so i just did the same pictures twice to give you the idea, this one works wonders..don't let your legs touch the ground..when you straighten your legs your head goes back, not resting on the ground. Do as many as you can in a row..
One more:
same effect as the last one so you can see the sequence..this is the bicycle one of the proven best ab excercises..just switch back and forth keeping your legs and head up

I personally don't do this one that often, just dunno why but if your lookin for one for your sides this is prolly a good one : D

So I'v done well today, it's 11:30 and I havn't had anything to eat and I don't feel like eating anything. It's always dont eat..and once I get over the hunger it goes away and I can fast forever..or I eat and then I binge and don't stop..ergh it sucks. But atleast todays a good day <3 After I do some more homework I'm going to go work out!! YAY someone IM me if they'd like..I'm sure most of you are at school, we're off today!!
