Wow! I loved it! I've always kinda had a soft spot for Monty and Simon and I squeed when I saw a fic about them. Simon's POV is just perfect and totally believable. I could decide who he was more like, Nathan or Peter. And that last scene with Monty. *dies* Way to almost make me cry!

I really wanted it to be clear that Simon is a Petrelli no matter how removed he is from the main action of the show, so there's probably elements of both Nathan and Peter worked in here and there. But personally, I think he's definitely more his father's son.

Please tell me that there will be more of this? Because I don't think I could stand not knowing what happens. That was so wonderful - god, I just want to gush over this fic and never stop. That was so beautifully written and you did a great job of fleshing out Simon and Monty - so wonderful.

I love the little details in this, the fantastic narrative and the spot on characterizations esp. Nathan and Angela which were amazingly done.

This fic was a real gem and one I know I'll come back to read again and again.

I've always been intrigued by this pairing, but I've never read a fic about them. Reading this however, I can tell you're an amazing writer and just... wow! You got the characterisation perfect and I just -spazzes silently on her bed- sorry to appear crazy but I just, have no true words to admit how much I love this!

As far as I know, this is the only Monty/Simon fic out there. That seems impossible (they're Petrellis, after all), but I have yet to encounter another in all my searching. If there are others, I hope somebody puts together a rec list soon.

That, that was brilliant. The pairing itself piqued my interest beyond anything Heroes has (fic or otherwise) recently, it was ingenious and perfect. The fact you totally created and shaped a character voice in Simon is to be completely applauded, it worked so perfectly, fantastically written, just a little bit messed up, just how we like them. I've got myself a new pairing shipped, methinks, so thank you for that.

Aw, thank you so much! Writing Simon was a tricky process of both creating a new character from scratch but also making sure that he was a Petrelli. So I'm really glad Simon's character voice worked for you!
