Question. Should I start watching Supernatural? I've thought about it, but not sure if I'll like it.

ps. i love you, too!

Ok, if you like X-Files. Specifically the creepy episodes dealing with religion and such (which were the creepiest ones in my honest opinion), you'll have no problem with the show. And particularly if you've seen like some of the creepy Angel or Buffy episodes with the creepy kids. S1 is your typical monster of the week show. S2 gets incredibly better. S3 is a breeze. S4 has Castiel and as such is epic as hale. S5 is insanely good.

Also, I remember off the top of my head several cracktasticly good episodes in S3-S5. It's not a show that takes itself too seriously, and has a dark sense of humor. And sometimes you'll want to slap people upside the head.

In total truth, I watched all of S1 because of nowgold and her "Get Maidel To Watch SPN" post, but I'm glad I stuck with it. When I say S2 gets better, it gets INSANELY better. And as time goes by the chances of having "OH SHIT" moments grows.

But the fandom is a bit apeshit. No. Really. You know how in BSG there's a couple of bad apples that make you question whether or not you're awake/asleep/getting your just desserts? 1/2 the fandom is rabid. Like Cojo. So, show's great to get into. Fandom? Might scare you to high heaven.

Although Jarred will always be Dean from Gilmore Girls to me.
True fact.

They actually poke fun of his history with Gilmore Girls. And Paris Hilton.

It's rather brilliant.

True story.
