Artists: How to Turn in Your Draft Artwork

Rough drafts of all artwork are due by October 15th.

A couple of things:

• We just need you to turn in a ROUGH DRAFT. It does not need to be your final piece. You can change or add to it later. And yes, you can do other art pieces between October 15th and your posting date. But you have to have SOMETHING as a draft by October 15th.


• The deadline for your submission is October 15th. As long as it's October 15th wherever you are when you send it, you're on time.


• Absolutely no extensions past October 15th. Please don't wait until the last minute to turn your stuff in or figure out how to get it from you to us because by sheer coincidence, the internet and all electronics all over the world might decide to implode on October 12th.


• In your email subject line please put: Artist LJ Name: Art for Fic # Author LJ Name


• In the body of your email, please include the following:
  
  Artist LJ Name:
  Story #:
  Title and Author of Story Art is For:
  Link to (or attached file of) the draft of your art:
  


• Send the above to startrekbigbang[at]gmail[dot]com. Once you turn in your draft, you will get a confirmation email in return. But it won't be immediate. So please don't freak out. Your confirmation will come, I promise!

Again, we need to receive it by October 15th, but please begin turning stuff in at any time!
