Fanmixers: How to Turn in Your Draft Fanmix

Rough drafts of all artwork are due by October 13th.

A coulpe of things:

• We just need you to turn in a ROUGH DRAFT. It does not need to be your final piece. You can change or add to it later. And yes, you can do other fanmix pieces between October 13th and your posting date. But you have to have SOMETHING as a draft by October 13th.


• The deadline for your submission is October 13th. As long as it's October 13th wherever you are when you send it, you're on time.


• Absolutely no extensions past October 13h. Please don't wait until the last minute to turn your stuff in or figure out how to get it from you to us because by sheer coincidence, the internet and all electronics all over the world might decide to implode on October 12th.


• In your email subject line please put: Fanmixer LJ Name: Fanmix for Fic # Author LJ Name


• In the body of your email, please include the following:
  
  Fanmixer LJ Name:
  Story #:
  Title and Author of Story Art is For:
  Status (Complete or Not):
  Link (or attached draft) to the art (if you have any) for your fanmix:
  Hosting Site for Fanmix:
  Song Listing:
  


• Send the above to startrekbigbang[at]gmail[dot]com. Once you turn in your draft, you will get a confirmation email in return. But it won't be immediate. So please don't freak out. Your confirmation will come, I promise!

Again, we need to receive it by October 13th, but please begin turning stuff in at any time!
