Summary: Overwhelmed with the task of getting four-plus years at Starfleet Academy done in three, Kirk has the not-so-brilliant idea to pimp out his off-campus apartment as a love nest for Starfleet officers in exchange for academic favors. He soon finds himself to be the only occupant not getting any action, and he certainly does not count on Spock, the Vulcan instructor he is crushing on, to become one of the frequent users.
Notes: The fic switches POV between Kirk and Spock, with the odds being Kirk
POV and the evens being Spock POV. The premise of the story comes from the 1960 movie “The Apartment;” the title comes from the last line of the film. A big, BIG thank you is deserved for my two wonderful betas, who convinced me to write this in the first place, as well as Rainbowstrlght and Lalazee. <3 You guys patiently listened me flail about this behemoth as it progressed and I could not have asked for better help and advice; you kept me from throwing myself or this fic over a Romulan drill platform precipice and I love you all.
