Welcome to startrekbigbang! We're really excited to be hosting this event for Star Trek Fandom and we hope you're just as excited to participate in it. I know you've all been waiting not-so-patiently for word on what exactly is going on here, but never fear! After much discussion, we think we've come up with a schedule for 2009 that will work

I'd love to take part, but I'm writing with a partner so my question is if we could take part as a team?

Yes, you are certainly welcome to write with a partner, although each of you will only be able to do the ONE story. She can't write one story with you and another on her own or with someone else, if that makes sense?

I arrived too late to fandom to take part in any of the other big bangs so I'm excited for this one and really hope to be able to join in. It will be the ideal motivation I need to see if I can actually write a particular plot that's been nagging at me for weeks.

I'm really looking forward to signing up.

Sorry for jumping in on the thread If it makes a difference, I second her request for crossover freedom. The continuing universe I was asking about is a crossover (one strongly grounded in the Star Trek universe). If it would help your decision, I can give you the link to the crossover universe that the two of us (its my friend's universe she's just letting me play in it with her) are looking at co-writing for Big Bang. Anyway, I hope you and the other mods say yes.
