Summary: As an already licensed doctor, Starfleet Cadet Leonard McCoy was chosen to be part of an inoculation project. Six years later and Doctor McCoy is the CMO of the Enterprise. During what was supposed to be a routine medical assistance mission, he is arrested for mass-murder over an incident that occurred in the aftermath of the project he had participated in. This story takes the basic outline from the TAS episode 'Albatross', expanding and bringing it into the Reboot universe.
