Modpost: Needs Votes

One last post for today, everyone! Just a few updates to set us up for the month ahead :333

Firstly, two favours that people could make, as mentioned in the past modpost, would be adding descriptions for the stamps or possibly creating sleeker stamps for the community, since, sadly, my PSP9 trial period is over |D

Also, these people need their applications to be voted on before a new theme could possibly be thought about. So please vote for these people so we can get them stamped!
