Scotty finds this application almost a wee bit late.

Link to original stamp: I was stamped as Spock.

Name: SK.
Do you have a gender preference for this theme? I'd prefer male.

YOURSELF

Strengths: Outwardly calm, good actor/can hide feelings well, skilled at light-hearted teasing amongst peers, can be friendly/kind but doesn't look like it at first glance, intelligent, logical, inquisitive, good listener yet can be opinionated when need be, witty, very analytical, has a good balance of selflessness and self-centeredness, honest, surprisingly can be very expressive/animated when in the right mood, pretty good self-control, extremely loyal and protective of those close to me.
Weaknesses: Inwardly emotional/mood-swingish, varying self-esteem, jumps to conclusions, pessimistic and finds faults in others easily, worries a lot, somewhat quiet yet can be very talkative when the subject is right, extremely blunt, takes a long time to get to know me and earn my trust, sometimes awkward in personal/emotional situations and with people I don't know, distant, has been called "mean" multiple times, caring yet doesn't always show it, finds it hard to be enthusiastic, can be the dorkiest person, sometimes jokes around/teases at the wrong time, can be odd/a bit strange/silly if you catch me in the right mood, prideful, forgetful on things that I don't really care about, gets stuck in my mind a lot, sometimes oblivious to other sarcastic remarks besides my own.

What do people say they like about you? People are impressed with my genuineness. They like that I can say the blunt and honest truth, no matter how much it may frighten them sometimes (I've been told it's scared people, funnily enough). People find me funny and independent. I'm also loved at my work because I actually DO my job, and I do it well.
What do people say they find irritating about you? I'm a bit closed-off and am not very enthusiastic. I'm also arrogant and think I'm always right, but I do listen to the opinions of others. People also think I'm too pessimistic.

What characteristics attract you to a person? Caring-ness, loyalty, intelligence, wit, determination, realistic optimism, people who let me have my own space.
What characteristics do you dislike in a person? Immaturity, loudness, rudeness, someone who bosses me around, kiss-asses, childishness, dishonesty, knights in shining armor, clingy types.

And now for a very open-ended question. What is love? God, hell if I know. Look it up in the dictionary.

THE MATCH
Is he/she...(explain if you'd like, it's not always black and white, so gray is allowed)

Serious or playful? A bit of both. He needs to be able to have fun, but be serious when necessary. I love playing video games, board games, etc...
Quiet or talkative? More on the talkative side to balance out me being more quiet most of the time, but if someone is too talkative they'll overwhelm me.
Leader or follower? I need someone who can lead, but still lets me do my own thing, as I hate being tied down and given orders. For example, I'm not the kind of person who will step up to a waiter and ask for things after they've already left my table. To me that would be rude on my part, but if I had someone else that would be able to ask, it might be helpful.
Kind-hearted or tough-minded? I lean towards tough-minded since I can't stand stupidity, but I generally will push myself away from someone who is too cold-hearted.
Dominant or submissive? We probably wouldn't have set roles. I hate being dominated, but I'm a bit of a lazy dominant, so I might end up being more submissive. I have no idea.
Traditional or unconventional? I'm not into traditional roles, so maybe more on the unconventional side.
Planned or improvised? I like knowing what will happen, but if something is too structured I'll speak up. I like my freedom.
Controlled or impulsive? Controlled. Hopefully.
Calm or energetic? Energetic enough to get me out of my cave of a room.
Optimistic or pessimistic? Optimistic, but in a realistic manner. I need someone to balance out my pessimism...
Realistic or idealistic? Realistic.
Secretive or open? Open.
Mature or immature? Playfully mature.
Compassionate or just? Just.
Confident or modest? Hmm. Not sure...I don't want to deal with someone who thinks "I suck and should go rot in a hole", but modesty has its merits.
Outgoing or shy? More on the outgoing side, but not an in-your-face sort-of-way.

THE RELATIONSHIP

What's your ideal first date? Probably something simple. Dinner and a movie, then go back to someone's house and play video games/board games/card games. We'd talk about our interests and find out more about our personalities/background (I love analyzing people and talking about personalities...psychology = love.)

Describe your dream house. I've always had a strange vision that my dream house would have my room's walls would be a light blue color with a very large white window in it, as the ceiling would be very high. This window would have translucent white curtains and let wind come into my room, but no insects. (Not sure how that works, but yes.)

Off the top of my head, I'd love a house that had a large kitchen and dining room. I find it appealing for some reason. Also, I'd love a home theatre with a huge flatscreen TV and speakers. That would be amazing.

What's one thing that's absolutely necessary in a healthy relationship? Trust and honesty. They kind of go hand-in-hand, really.

IN STAR TREK

If you couldn't date a human for some strange, odd reason, which species (Vulcan, Klingon, Romulan, Borg, Ferengi, etc) would you choose to date instead and why? Would it be crazy if I said Q? Because I'd LOVE to travel the world and the furthest reaches of the universe. Dude. Think about it. It would be loads of fun.

If given the chance to live anywhere in the universe, what sort of planet would you live on? One with a mild climate, maybe more on the cold side, but with four seasons just like Earth. There'd be lots of trees, but not too many insects. Maybe a nice landscape, like mountains or the ocean, or maybe a calm lake.

What are some of your favorite pairings in Star Trek and why are you a fan of them? Spock/Kirk (and vice-versa), Spock/McCoy (and vice-versa), Q/Picard (and vice-versa), Spock/Kirk/McCoy (in any order), LaForge/Data, Sulu/Chekov. Spock/Kirk is a given, as it's just...there. They obviously care for each other, and there's the whole "Spock trying to hide his human side" thing which is very interesting to watch. Spock/McCoy is one of those "rival pairings", where they argue a ton, but I love pairings that put two people together that don't necessarily like each other at first, but warm up to each other later (or may never warm up, at least, they don't think so). Q/Picard is just fun. Too fun, really. I love the whole teasing aspect in the relationship. Spock/Kirk/McCoy is just pairing the main characters in TOS together, which I certainly think has potential, since they hang around each other so much. LaForge/Data is just a cute pairing as they're close friends, but Data cannot feel emotions being an android (until the emotion chip comes into play), so most of this one I believe would be fluff. Lastly, Sulu/Chekov is my "lol" pairing, just because they sit next to each other on the Enterprise.

For my own amusement, make up a Star Trek-esque pickup line. Really. Give it a try. I suck at this.

"Wanna see how much firepower my phaser has?" OVER 9000
