Pimpin'!
Mooncalf has put up the second book in her Shadow of the Templar series, Double Down. It is awesome and there is banter and drama and conflict and FBI agents and gay. You should go read it. Moo actually understands that strange concept known as a 'plot' and puts me to shame.
In honour of the occaision (this is a lie, I actually drew this several weeks ago when Moo was in the process of putting the last edits on the novel), have some fanart of a T-shirt. I mean, the main characters. It's not what I wanted it to be, but since the last Christmas present Moo did for me, I've had to resign myself to the knowledge that no matter what I produce, I'll always feel it falls short of the mark.
I spent most of today cleaning. My hands hurt, but the apartment is mostly done. I have some putting away loose doohickeys to do, and I need to clean the bathroom fixtures, but otherwise I am done, so my folks don't have to be ashamed of me the next time they're in the apartment.
Speaking of, looks like I'll be leaving for what feels like an abbreviated Christmas holiday sometime on Friday. Hopefully we won't die in traffic.
Now I just need to figure out what books that don't involve law I'm bringing ...
