Update-ing
No, you will not see my skinny white ass in lycra as it parades across stages in Asia as a dancing pussycat...
Alak, I did not get in to the Asia tour cast of cats - but its all good, coz the audition was really positive and I know I performed well, despite screwing up an awful lot... Just need to get that in check and all should be good! I'm not depressed or anything coz I mean its only my second pro audition, and at least the dude let me sing both my songs right the way through then had me sing one of them up a key... clearly he was remotely interested - so I am happy!
What's Next?
Noah and I are working on the Cabaret - Stroke 3: to be called "Market Street" kind of a Sesame Street/Avenue Q take off... should be good, and funny.
My play opens in one month, starting to get worried about it but it'll be fine.
Work is ok: applied for a team manager position so we shall se how I go with that
DIVA Awards 2006 - Drag Industry Variety Awards (which I stagemanaged at Star City) were heaps of fun, a huge and busy day (I worked 14 hours) and I got to work with the Young Divas (Paulini, Kate, Emily and Ricki) and they were really cool...
We got a pic with them so will post when I get around to it!
