It's another day of new beginnings, plans in the making, and light at the end of the tunnel. I've gone and done it again, the planning of a new me. This time around, it may just work.
I've divided the time into 12 weeks and 20 weeks, the first being a goal to nail down a new day/evening routine to give me structure. I also have a goal to lose 10% of my weight by then in order to lower BP and sugars.
The 20 week goal is to get my debt paid down in order to return to Viterbo in the fall. The structure will also need to be in place in order for me to get used to doing something the same way every day and how to deal with any unexpected feelings or obstacles before they happen, hence my original problem the first 2 times around. I'm also going to expand my social life by leaps and bounds in order to handle that aspect of college life at 40.
I am going to pursue a career in psychology, which was something I've really always wanted to do. I'm very good at helping people, at least I think so.
Just wanted to get this entry in -- the plan is to get one done every day. At least it sounds good to me.
