I'm finally dragging my neanderthal ass into the present time, and giving Steam a try. The client seems buggy as crap on my laptop so far, but I won't know till tomorrow how this thing handles a game. Downloading the Portal demo to test it now. ETA to downloaded-sometime tomorrow morning. XD Might as well sleep now.
I get the feeling not having real broadband internet is gonna irritate me a lot with this any time I go on a game buying splurge and have a massively backed up download queue, lol
