I wish I could write like this. The story is called Foreshadow and it was written for the reunion challenge. It's a beautiful piece and I love the use of future tense. sarahq has a great grasp of the personalities of all 5 members of *NSYNC and has adapted them so well through the fictional passing years. I love the interactions of the group members and the revelation at the end. It's a good story, just read it, damnit. :)

Speaking of that challenge, I'm considering signing up. Challenges always give me inspiration . . . and a deadline, whereas I won't act on any of my ideas, if left to my own devices. Then again, I have my story to write for the You Taste Like Honey, Honey challenge. I've actually been thinking about it a lot lately and I'm excited to write it. I've even written notes for myself, which is a first. Usually, I just try to keep all my ideas in my head until they spill out into the (almost) final product. I lose a lot of ideas that way, though.

So . . .

Oh, escapist_xbq was asking about movies she could add to her blockbuster.com queue. I've seen a couple recently which all of you should see:

*A Home at the End of the World
Colin Farrell and his nerdy-hot boyfriend kissing? Um, yeah, sign me up.

*Edge of Seventeen
This actually came out in 1998, but I just saw it this weekend. Eric questions his sexuality and experiments with many different people. And there's a gay bar called Fruits and Nuts! Heh, and the Angie lady has a pug!

*Trick
This came out in 1999 and I saw it back then, but it's still one of my favorites. Gabriel and Mark spend the whole night trying to hook up, but their plans keep getting foiled. Eep! So cute!
