(no subject)
the first week of school is always not so friendly. not to mention i don't feel all that well anyway. my classes are, at the least, challenging and i'm a bit intimidated by 3 of the 5. i'll get through it though because i always do. i'm just stressed to the max. and walking between total opposite ends of the campus multiple times a day cannot be good for me at the present time. i'm also pretty sure i need glasses because i basically can't see and my head always hurts cause my eyes strain 24/7. yay for me. maybe i'll get some of those scene kid ones so i can be trend-ily hip and cool. (no)
so here is the rundown of class so far:
public speaking- my teacher is a pretty neat dude and 90% of your grade is based upon how much you talk in class. i shouldn't have a problem there considering i find it hard to close my mouth a majority of the time.
english literature- my teacher is a bit... odd should we say. he's an english major by trade so he knows his stuff, but still, he's kind of different. he's a bit long winded too, but he seems fairly harmless. all the kids on ratemyprofessor.com seemed to like him quite a bit, so i won't count him out just yet. his class on the other hand will probably be murder. the reading is absolutely insane. there are only a few assignments, but that's because there isn't any damn time! thank goodness i've read a majority of the stuff already in high school. yay for the english department at glass. (don't take your english education for granted my fellow youngins at glass. you'd never believe it but you will probably know more than 85-90% of the people in your college english classes)
communication ethics- the teacher is a good guy and the content is interesting... too bad it's gonna be KILLER! haha.
