[Making no mention of his arrival via the telephone, Hei is out and about on the town! Well, more or less. You can find him doing one of the following things:
[1] Inspecting the outside of his house--1652 Albright Lane. This involves checking the walls, windows, porch, roof, mailbox, and whatever else. He seems focused on his task, but he'll notice someone approaching, even if he doesn't show it.
[2] Standing at the end of any given street, around the point where it magically loops back around to keep people from leaving. There's nothing to touch or mess with here, obviously, so he's mostly just standing there.]
