I'M SO FED UP WITH MY HOME PC. It lags something horrible. It lagged so much, my normally crappy sketches become even more crappy after I draw them on my home PC. BUT I HAVE NO CHOICE BECAUSE OPENCANVAS DOESN'T SUPPORT MAC OR MAC DOESN'T SUPPORT OPENCANVAS OR WHATEVER IT IS ARGH AND I HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE INSTALLING THE @*&£%^*@%^*$ SCANNER DRIVER HDSLHBBHFADBHFJKBAD
Ahem. That aside.
I'll be trying to draw stuff that I'm supposed to be drawing (re:Kalah, re:that pic of Takasugi which is taking forever, re:Gintama art trade) on Photoshop and they'll probably look terrible. Either that or I draw them on openCanvas if a miracle happens and the techies fix my laptop. OR I GET THE DAMN SCANNER FIXED AND I SCAN THE SKETCH IN so I won't have to stand my ugly lines on tablet.
Which brings me to a different conclusion.
WHAT IF IT'S NOT MY HOME PC LAGGING BUT MY TABLET GROWING OLD AND BREAKING DOWN?
AND I HAVE TO PAY RM900+ FOR AN INTUOS3?
(well. i would love an intuos3. i've wanted an intuos3 since it was released. butbutbutbutbutbut!!! funds! okay i have funds. but i still have to convince the mater. and what about that job i'm still waiting to hear from Cempaka about. ARGHHH)
OKAY NEVER MIND ON TO OTHER THINGS.
I got the zori for Paako, although they're not really zori. They just have the zori-like velvet thong thing, but whatever. When I'm feeling rich MAYBE I'll get an actual pair of authentic geta.
Researching notes for Gintama 100 is... annoying. I still don't get the "eien no toki, Yosei-san" reference. And I sure as hell don't recognise the portrait of the guy that appears when Gin-san and Konishi talk about it. aaaagh I'll worry later after the more urgent business of transcribing is done. Progress: 13 out of 24 minutes!
Meanwhile, on the RPG front, all is quiet because along with all these things going on simultaneously with RL stuff, I don't have the time to write a comeback post for Fuurinkazan D:
I will not bore everyone reading this with a fannish monologue on Dynasty Warriors, that will wait till later AFTER I've gone through the Gan Ning/Ling Tong tag on the search engine, so have a Spitz video. The first song they play here, "Misoka", is currently on loop in my playlist. (Along with "Spider" - I got into Spitz very quickly after listening to the "Spider" cover on GO!GO!7188's Tora no Ana 2. Another song, "Cherry", was also covered by Van Tomiko.) The second song, "Mahou no kotoba", is a very typical Spitz song. Generally, 70% of their music sounds like "Mahou no Kotoba", so if you end up liking that one I recommend checking Spitz out.
