I am officially announcing that I have NOT fallen off of the earth.
- I spent about $180 on four pieces of clothes today, but that's okay because a) they were on sale and b) I'm going to look cute at work.
- Yes, looking cute at work does matter. Last semester at Meisler I was the teacher who dressed the cutest and this year I am so not. I don't even come close. Therefore action needs to be taken.
- Yes, I am the only one who cares about my work appearance. I accept this shallow facet of my personality and embrace it.
- My sorority sister just got word that she is being deployed to Iraq after Christmas. She's excited, I'm not. Proud of her, just not happy she's going into an active combat zone. For those of you who pray, please keep her and her husband (he's being deployed to Qatar Jan. 2010) in your thoughts.
- Teaching at MCA is going well, even though this week we will take some time out of our cramped schedule to learn how to write a paragraph.
- I am still reading my flist, even though I'm not updating as much!
