Blah
Yay! I am now half way thru my clinical period - 6 months down 6 to go! I am happy to be leaving Where I Was partly due to the 50 mile sitting-in-traffic round trip that it entailed every day but also because of the cliquiness and back biting that went on there. I know that its the same everywhere but I was just sick of those politics - time for shiny new bitchiness!
My next clinical block is not clarifed yet - I think I can work out a compromise in getting there for 9.30 and not 9 and take a half hour at lunch. But my main concern is whether I will be re-imbursed for the travel costs as that is a large amount of money and under the bursery rules I wont be. Not happy about that!
Happy days - I have this week off which is lovely - altho it means that there is no break after this till the summer hols - bleugh! And theres an exam on wed on film reading, pathology and trauma that I just cant be bothered to start learning for . . . manana manana . . .
Went to the coast for the weekend and took a video tape that turned out to have the Red Dwarf 10th anniversary stuff (hysterical if scary!), the first run of ST Voyager pilot from cable and some DS9 and Next Gen eps - they must have been recorded in 1998 - I really should check my tapes more oftern!
