So Fredericks had responded to me that the extra fees were duties and customs charges. I find that weird. Anytime I've paid customs fees, it was you know... after my item passed through customs. I'm really hesitant to buy from them now because of that and also because that just makes the cost too high. I also don't like the fact that they email me special offers that will never apply to me. I'm looking at the following on eBay though to make up for my lack of Fredericks joy, I just cannot make up my mind.

My biggest frustration is that there are no good places to buy shoes/boots here. Manchester has good brands, but they're overpriced and they never have small enough sizes.
