Boys and Girls Club joy
I love the kids! I have to say that for such a shitty town like Oceano, the kids are great. In Santa Maria lots of the kids are the gangster type, but in Oceano, there is just a few sixth graders that have the gangster style. I am loving the way they are so open to new ideas, I would never get this at my home town. From the warnings I have gotten from people who worked in Oceano, I have heard that there are really bad gangs with lots of gang wars, but so far, I have seen some graffiti but not much gangs. Maybe it's cause the good families that use the Boys and Girls Club and maybe the gangster families are too busy being gangsters to realize that there is a great place that is welling to help there kids not turn out to be fuckers like there parents.
Well yeah, I don't like gangsters or them young gangster families that destroy there kids bright future so they have be 14 and knocked up. :P I hate Santa Maria....
I love working with kids and I want them to have a bright future, but sadly in Santa Maria there is very few kids that have that chance.
My generation had it's flaws and I had my hard ship to go through. Still lucky there are some of us who finished High School and are getting though college and not being like everyone else.
So here is to the Kids with a bright future.
