We held hands on the last night on earth
Hello all. LOOOOOOONG time no see.
Well, I got a boyfriend. This guy Paul who I met by chance...looooooong story...Well, Mark, Tom, Brandon and I were on out way home from the GD concert at the Nutter Center that was pp'd. These two girls on the highway were waving and signaling to us, like "Call me!!!" so we got their numbers. Erin gave us Aaron's # on paper, writing out "Erin." (Yeah...sry all, you would've had to have been there....lol) So Brandon called and it was funny....so anyway, we got Kristina's #. She called, we met up at the Middletown Steak 'n Shake. She seemed kinda crazy and a bit fast...So anyway, I talked to her friend Paul. They all live near Cleveland, in a small town like, smaller than Trenton, if possible, lol. Columbia Station. He told me he was 19 and I said I was 16, but will soon be 17. Told me he likes to sail. He said he makes 16 an hour. So, I guess we hit it off, if you would call it that. We kept in touch. About a week later, we met up (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). He was pretty darn cute, I must say. Tall (about 5'11"), but it never seemed overwhelming. I mean, I am like, 5'2". Lol. And apparently he thought I was pretty darn cute too, because we ended up kissing. And...well, I shan't go into detail, but let's just say the day was fun...*cough*...it was...great. Yeah. *Blushes* He has said though, that he is out of my league. Which, I must admit, is a taaaad bit true. I mean, he works at a Ford Motor plant, and didn't stay in college. He's pretty smart and mature, but I will definitely stay in school for some time. So...we are meeting up again tomorrow...
And, yes, I know the gas prices are ^SkY HigH^ right now, but get this: he doesn't care! All for me! "It's worth it," he says. We talked last night. Late. I had just bought mins but I just about used them up. Crap. See, they tripled....anyway, we will prolly go see the Egypt exhibit at the Dayton Art Institute or something. I thought we would go to Union Terminal, but they're showing a space thing, so...
Last time, we saw Wedding Crashers. It was okay. Um...kinda "bad" for me. With my whole "morals" thing and all. But, things are changing......so he got two flats. Yes, two!!!!!! Before the movie. On Middletown-Oxford. Middle of Nowhere. (We just had to drive around randomly on country roads...) So we got help from this nice farmer guy who plugged one up with a 4-wheeler plug. It held, even on Paul's way home!!!!! He had one spare in his trunk (police car! LOL, don't ask me), so he used that one for the rear passenger side. Hm. So. That's about it, I guess.
He has Labor Day off, so he will stay for two days. And we are in my sis's house now, in the midst of moving. And she and Keith don't even like Paul. Sure, we played poker that night, but...they think he's...disrespectful or something. I dunno. I hope I'm not a (fill-in-the-blank) for repeating all this. I just have to be honest. But, whatever. My mom is open-minded, so she is, as I am, letting this run it's course. I know it won't last. How could it? But it's fun and sweet, and nice so we are just living for the moment. (Cue song..."Sha na na na na na live for todaaaay......." -Grass Roots. Good oldies band.) Okay.
I mean, for once, I like a guy and he likes me. He is nice-looking. We are a couple. Yeah, he lives far away, but he is willing to sacrifice for me. Can u believe?! So far...he told his mom. His last gf was 17 and it ended, sadly. His mom was like (he says), "Another seventeen-year-old??!" He laughs. So its all okay, he says. And if my 50-year-old mom is okay with this, then something's gotta be good!
So....it's nice. I feel like 'finally.' Ooh, Great band name, Feels Like Finally. Wow, BUT DON'T STEAL IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! .

I like the new band director. But I miss Mr. Hylton a lot too. Very much. I'm first chair now. Along with Laney and Ben. Just us Juniors. I have two solos, and will probably have some in Chorus. Cool. Also, I am in Drama. Chorus and Drama for a semester. French III now, which rocks. I love it.
