Starsky & Hutch reference in new film...
We were watching Ebert and Roper, and in the new film, "What Love Is", Cuba Gooding Jr.'s character, Tom, is listing male pop culture figures in his haranguing over women being trouble.
"Starsky and Hutch? No chicks - very successful. Beretta? Lived with an old man and a bird. No chick drama, no problems. Batman? Gay. But only when he ever gets tempted by Catwoman did he have any real problems. Han Solo? With Chewie he was fine. He hooks up with Princess Leia, his ass gets thrown into carbonite! Chicks are the downfall of every great man that ever lived!"
