Dana Scully's dad, who secretly works as the commanding officer of Stargate Command under the name "General George Hammond" never knew, but he always wondered who it was who sent those presents that Dana Scully's mom always opened herself before giving them to little Dana. But Dana Scully's dad/Gen. George Hammond had his own secrets to keep. Starsky gives Hutch a present on Dana Scully's birthday.
