I'm obsessed with making banana and peanut butter smoothies for breakfast at the moment.
1 very ripe banana
1 big tablespoon of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of honey
200 ml of milk
Blend it all up and enjoy the creamy deliciousness of it all. This makes one serving, obviously.
Our housemate will only eat green bananas, despite the fact that they taste like absolutely nothing until they've got brown speckles all over them (and that eating too many green bananas will play havoc with your GI tract). He was just throwing his 'over ripe' ones away, but now he leaves them for us to have, since he devours all of ours before they even get to the cusp of ripeness. Which, hey! More smoothies for me.
I think next I'm going to experiment with strawberries and natural yogurt in smoothies. And ginger and peach smoothies. And I want to try making my own paneer (inspired by a conversation with
this lovely lady).
Anything else I absolutely must try?
